Its primary objective is to protect the interests of homebuyers by promoting transparency, accountability, and fair practices in the real estate market. By allowing registration of real estate services and agents, advertising and marketing policy, and dispute resolution, GUJRERA seeks to provide a safe and reliable environment for real estate transactions in Gujarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of August 2024, RERA Gujarat has 14270 registered projects, 7537 completed projects, 2161 registered agents, and 6264 resolved complaints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To
